Not discreet at all

Very loud ticking sound in both pumps. assembled correctly. Tried getting in touch with Eufy, no response.

Great pump and easy to use

The pump was delivered super quickly, with a stress free set up and it's very easy to use. Cleaning the pump and assembling is straight forward.
The app could be a little more user friendly. Unable to change entered data, doesn't always sink both pumps and always have to select which pump I have when entering data (This should automatically save your info.)

Worst pump

So unhappy, this pump is painful to use and gets terrible output.

I have tried flange sizes 17mm, 21mm and 24mm and all rhythms, this pump is only bearable when the suction is low. Even with level 7 suction and on ‘Max Rhythm’ setting, the output is soooo much less than any other pump I’ve used.

The heating feature is temperamental, even when the pump is assembled correctly.

The pump is not quiet, I wouldn’t dare go anywhere in public unless with this on.

This product is so overpriced and not worth the hype, any reviews online that I was able to find after purchasing this product were sponsored and any that weren’t were negative.

This company is not decent enough to accept refunds.
